Louis van Amstel, born on June 23, 1972 in Amsterdam, Holland is a three-time World Dance Champion and Emmy-nominated choreographer who appeared as a professional dancer during 8 seasons of TV show "Dancing with the Stars".

Louis is an advocate of healthy living and he created LaBlast® Fitness to promote fitness and make working out fun all through the power of dance.
